As the job market began to shift, answerQUEST identified an increasing demand from individuals who required assistance in identifying potential career options, building a strategy for their job search and executing that search to yield more interviews and job offers with the right companies. We also cater to organizations that require assistance with the outplacement of their employees. Based on our expertise in recruiting and career service, answerQUEST launched our Career Management Division in 2008.
